How to Choose Visibility Software Without Getting Cloned

The category is three years old and already thick with imitators. Here is the five-question script we run before any demo call.

Question one: who owns the company? If the about page has no names, stop. Question two: what does the product DO? Monitoring is not visibility.

Question three: can they name a customer? Question four: what do they track? Four assistants minimum now. Question five: what work do they perform on my behalf?
